Dress American Rag Stretchy BOHO/Goth

Very stretchy relaxed fit. Has deep round, elastic neckline that can be brought down around shoulders. 2 small stitches in front gather hemline slightly, can be released if preferred. Perfect festival 👗. Size is S, but it runs large. Shoulder to bottom about 37". High elastic waist about 13" un-stretched. I'm 5'8" for reference.
