@tching1015 the dress is in excellent condition. from the top of the shoulder to bottom of dress is 33 inches. across the bust is 17 inches across the waist is about 18 and half inches and across the bottom of the dress is 21 inches. this is with the dress laid flat. I'm not entirely sure of the material but it's soft and can stretch a little. I hope this helps
