Women’s casual/dress-up shirt-sleeved dress. Dress was bought online not quite sure of brand did not come with material information either. It is new, texture is soft and silky , my guess would be a percentage of polyester blend of cotton, but has has a little spandex to it. It’s not straight it’s pleated flower pattern, deep black, and white flowers. Buttons in front are for show the neckline and two pockets on each side.
