This is a dark navy/cobalt blue dress. it has dotted swiss material on upper shoulders and sleeves (see close up pics) comes with a slip with tulle on the bottom skirt portion. you could actually wear whatever color slip you want or even wear the slip as a dress with a shrug. the dress itself has tone on tone embroidery. it is a beautiful dress for a garden party, for going to a wedding, wedding shower, any dress up occasion for spring/summer
