fashionpep @kimmailinleong No care/content label. Vintage woven textile. Edges @ arms are raw with Lace and elastic for stretch. This is Intent for design. Dress does not stretch in any other area. Included detailed meas in item description. Belt is rustic & patina @ exactly 24 1/2”. Recommend stying your own belts w/ dress if belt is too sm. Waist Circum = 40”.
