I really love this dress. It fits so well but unfortunately my torso and chest are too small for it. Has a collar. Sleeves flair out at the wrist. The skirt part is ruched and fitted so it enhances your bottom half. Ruffle detailing on bottom of skirt. Lots of stretch as well
