This unique dress has at 4 transformations. Beautiful, wrap style blk/br floral strapless or neck strap dress or high waist skirt. Due to a reverse pattern fabric, outfit can be worn on opposing side showing a embroidered style floral print. Top 22" relaxed stretch to 36 full stretch, from top of dtess/skirt to bottom hem 32". Bottom half 60" wide, room for wrap overlay.

@impeachtrump : From the top to the hem is 32". So, if worn as a dress, it would probably be just above the knee. If worn as a skirt, would probably be at calf length. All depending on height. Its very versatile.
