How far down does this go? Above or below knee? Where does the mesh hem lie at the bottom?

dress hem starts just above the top of the knee.
Mesh hem starts about 3 inches above the hem and is about 2 1/4 inches wide.
So from above the knee to top of mesh is 5 1/4 inches.
