This Slightly Hi-Lo dress is a Perfectly Pleated Party dress.. Navy Blue surprisingly compliments the light purple and mint green. THE skirt is lined, and the side zipper is invisible. It is 100% polyester. The front is 36 inches, the back is 39 inches. I wore this dress once, before I realized it was not for me.. there are some minor makeup stains on the inside front which the cleaners could not remove...hence the low price of dress.
