NWT pretty black/blue/yellow dress with peek a boo shoulders purchased from Macy’s. Top design on dress has subtle sparkly accents for an extra pop. Material is stretchy and not clingy so very figure flattering. Appx length from shoulder to bottom is 40” and across the bust is 22” with darts.
