Sheer see through dark blue dress with cut sleeves and an open cut back. Dress originally came with a slip underneath which is now lost so the material is very sheer and will need a slip worn underneath it. In pretty good condition other than a few loose threads ( it is forever 21) and one button discolored at the back. Dress is from Forever 21 I Love H81 brand
