neseyjr@anastaisa Hi @anastaisa The Wine/Red dress does not have padding. This "Satin Felt" Hi/Low dress is more of a seductive look. My followers often write back saying they used the dress for different occasions(ie: date night, night on the town, parties, as well as other occasions). bIn conclusion I have reduced this dress on 3 separate occasions thus, unfortunately my price is firm.
