@schoolbus1209 hey so sorry for the delay. But the dress is made out of 95%polyester and 5% spandex. It is basic 4x 26w/28w. The length from shoulder down to bottom of hemline is 45". Not sure how to measure bust. Sorry I don't know basic sewing or measuring techniques. Lol hope this helps
