This dress is stunning I bought it for a wedding and wore it one time you can wear it off the shoulder it starts out loose around the top then goes to a tight miniskirt absolutely gorgeous. I would say this is a women’s small not a junior small you could wear it either way would not matter just on the size it fits more like a woman’s dress instead of a juniors
