vettnerscloset @cherib28 You will receive payment after the customer "accepts" their purchase. It originally goes in a "pending" status then after accepted it goes to a "redeemable" status. Once it goes into redeemable you can either redeem it by check or direct deposit or you can use it to make purchases. You would find this info under the far right icon the one that looks like a Rolodex then go down to balance. Let me know if you need any other help.
