@nancinyc ok so from underarm to hem line it is 32 inches, and across top only arm pit to arm pit, just hanging it is 17 inches but simply strtching it, it is an easy 20. It is a versitile dress made for someone with a larger bust. However I have a small one and I was totally happy with it as well. I hope this helped.
