Would you be able to measure chest, waist & length? Any stretch to the fabric? Thanks!!

@ctealdi The chest fits up to 42inches, the waist is elastic and stretches up to about 45inches. I am 5'7" and the hem is just at my knees. The fabric is not stretchy. I hope this helps.
