Most would see this as a summer dress but it can be worn year round. I have pairs a cardigan, tights, leg warmers and boots with it in the winter! It's from forever 21 and does have a slight tear in the back by the strap that is hardly noticeable. It lays mid thigh so it is a shorter dress with spaghetti straps!
