Dress

This dress is from Europe. Very unique and confortable. I cut the tag out because it bothered me. I wear a 16 and this dress for perfectly. On one side, you can ratchet up the skirt using the cord underneath the skirt. I accidentally broke the string...needs minor repair - not visible unless you lift the skirt.
