girlrandi@sweetness1288 small. Let me pull them out. I have this it fits awesome just like the pictures. I was a size 0-2. It's really comfortable you don't have to fidget. No kick plate which makes it much better it's a prettier walk. I'm Still size 2. Trying to gain. I got injured training pull both arms before a competition so I'm just now been able to train....so hard going back. Been doing it for 30 years

girlrandi@sweetness1288 Sh** girl I just turned 50. All my pic are recent... All but a few even those were just when I started Posh. I have invested a lot of time and money and keeping youthful. It's a job in it self.

girlrandi@sweetness1288 yes it will fit, it's how it's made and hard to explain. How I look them over and look at the small and the medium and see what the differences but I bet you need the small. My niece is that size and she was 78 months pregnant and it fit her great and it showed her little bump really good but it didn't look distorted that good on her

sweetness1288You know what you are doing, I will take your word . Set me up for a small please love 😊

girlrandi@sweetness1288 that would be great if I had a training partner like you. I can actually train someone. I train alone and then I also have trainers when I'm getting down to business I do it all I do CrossFit I do hot yoga I lift weights I lift just like a guy. There is no difference between how you lift weights being male or female it's all in the form

girlrandi@sweetness1288 I don't do treadmills it's a waste of time. sudden burst of energy for five minutes will burn more fat faster than any treadmill or five minutes jumping jacks is going to do you better then a treadmill....or what they call Burpee's when you squat down And jump like you're going to touch the ceiling do that for five minutes the wight will drop off and tone. Learn how to swing kettle bells best workout ever.
