@dgrlvrjill Hi. Without stretching this material, it measures 38 around the chest from armpit to armpit. It is a very fluid garment with ample stretch due to the spandex in the material and the fact that it is a wrap. I'm a size 10 and a 40 D so it creates a sexy look, enhancing curves without being too tight, and there is still room for it to stretch. Hope this helps!
