Dresden Lace Vintage German Porcelain Figurine Lady with Flower Basket

I do not know much about this type of collectible. I did not try to clean it, but it was on mom's shelf a long time. The only damage I see is to two fingers on the right hand. The bottom is marked with a 5 prong crown, the letter N and Dresden. The dress is pale green with white lace ruffle. She wears a bonnet and carries a basket filled with flowers. The bonnet, shoes and base are trimmed in gold. She is about 4' high and 3" across. Please exam closely and ask if you have questions or want more photos.
