Paisley nylon material skirt! Lands mid thigh when worn at my belly button, I'm 5'1"
NOTE: This skirt was purchased at an art festival so has no tag or size- but the drawstring waist makes it versitile and the waist band is stretchy. My waist is 31" and I have to cinch the drawstring a little. I'd suggest this it be a Medium!
