Drapey tie dye dress! Easily dressed up or down!

Never worn, from Modcloth! This dress hangs just right and is flattering to all body types! The subtle ruching on the sides helps too ;) would be perfect for a summer concert, or with tights and a sweater for a winter stroll or coffee shop date! I'm 5'3" and it's a tad long on me, hitting maybe 4 inches below the knee!
