The number of compliments on this dress. As a true size 14-16, XL, this dress was SO flattering. The smocked top is one of the few that fit really well up top. The quality is great! There is a white lining in the skirt, but it is not restrictive at all. The puff sleeves are so cute. Hits just above the knees.
