Draper James RSVP So cute!!! Your new favorite vacation dress. Pullover V-neck Ruffle around collar Sleeveless Swiss dot and dashed fabric Lined Sash Three blue color block Medium cornflower, dark royal and navy Some of the pictures are a bit washed or too bright but pretty close I am pretty sure this is new. It does not have tags but it has the tell tale pin and striped string and the sash is still held in place by plastic barbs. Because it doesn't have the actual tags I am not marking it as new with tags.
