Draper James Blue Sheath Dress with 3/4 Sleeves

This like-new Draper James sheath-style dress features a pretty blue and white geometric pattern, with very dark navy accents at the neck and waist. Material is a smooth rayon-blend structured knit fabric (so it has some stretch/flex but retains its form). Back zip, 3/4 sleeves, and crew neck. Measures approximately 23” flat at the underarms, ~21” at the waist, ~26” at widest part of the hip. Skirt is ~22.5” measured from the waist.
