mccoyc514 @bossladyjackie I am so sorry I am just seeing this. they are acrylic ie hard plastic, can be used indoors and out. I believe this is printed on it so it's not see thru but light comes in making it brighter. I will take a few pics in my window for better clarity. Thanks for shopping my closet. 🌞

mccoyc514 @bossladyjackie one side is a matte finish while the other side is a clear finish, solid color that gets lighter with the suns rays. The print seems to be melted in/on it. Hope that helps.
