Dracula Costume / Long Cape And Pants

Looking for a Halloween costume? Classic costume. Basic black cape and black pants. Pants have elastic waist. Unfinished hem. Cape has Velcro at neck area. When taking pictures I noticed a few subtle snags on pants (see picture). Not that noticeable however did want to mention. Vest length:38” Neck width: 6” (flat lay) Shoulder width: approximately 16 1/2” Waist on pants: 13 3/4” (flat lay) Length on pants: 40 1/4”
