Dr brand no more baggage eye gel

Eye de-puffing gel by Dr. Brandt. Tested 1 time and then has sat. I buy and sell makeup for limelife by alcone and use really spendy eye Arise stuff for my eyes so I have no need for this. It does work however. Open to reasonable offers. Bundle and save. Practically new.
