Dr Who Cat Hat

I bought this cat at an anime convention. The design is based off Dr. Who, specifically the Matt Smith doctor who was a fan of herringbone, tweed, suspenders, and bowties. The bowtie can come off and be reclipped anywhere. The material is fleece and it was handmade, but I dont remember who. Theres a tardis tag on the back and cat ears at the top. Burgundy, brown, and white colors. 12in across, 24in diameter 7 1/2in from top to bottom
