Like new. Memory foam inside. Box has been opened. I am listing it as preowned because the tags on the side are wrinkled from storage. Was given as a gift to a family member and never used. Box has a message written on it from the giver. Instruction pamphlet also has writing on the back. Use a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. Will ship in original box. Tested and works. HG
