kellykw68 @cat_janet Hi there. The insoles are 9 1/2 - 9 3/4 inches from heel to toe. I’m a size 8 and my toe goes right up to the end of the shoe. In my opinion these would be a great fit for a 7 - 7 1/2. Hope this helps.
