Downeast Basics Women’s Skirt‎ High Waist Size Medium Pre-Owned. Missing Belt

Womens high waisted skirt size medium. Missing a piece off each side that used to be a decorative button/faux belt. It was not needed so it was removed. It is still a very cute skirt. It has a built in slip and is very comfortable. It falls right below the knee for me, but I am only 5'. It would probably normally be right at knee length depending on your height.
