Underarm to underarm: 20.25" Back neck to bottom hem without fringe: 19.25". with fringe: 23.25" Outside shoulder to bottom hem at outside wrist: 22" Inner underarm to bottom hem at inner wrist: 14.5" All fringe is intact. Great condition. Some marks from use but I think dry cleaning should take them out. See last 6 photos.
