Dotted silver toggle bracelet very pretty!

This is a really cool toggle style bracelet with silver pieces covered in dots. Has a really unique look to it and makes a great statement piece. I believe it is about the 2000 era but it does not have a brand on it. It is for a seven and a half inch wrist and has an antiqued finish. see all photos for good details. It does have some tarnish and could use a polishing but otherwise a great solid piece that I believe is silver plated.
