Cool designer, Asian-inspired cornflower blue plaid maxi dress. Side suits on both sides. Opens with snaps at the collar. No tags inside except the brand tag, see measurements below for size. I believe it's 100% cotton, no stretch. Super lightweight and perfect for summer. No stains or rips, there is a loose seam on the top of one of the bottom slots (see pic). 100% smoke-free and pet-free home.
