For sale is this Wizard of Oz Dorothy costume. This dress is size 4-6 and is made with 100% polyester. This dress has a velco closure in the back. The waist measures 9.5 inches across and the width across the shoulders is 9 inches. The total length of the dress is 22.5" This costume comes from my smoke free home and has no stains, holes or tears.
