Dress has puffed sleeves, gingham blue and white plaid checks with rainbow sequins for a shimmer. Shoulder straps with white decorative buttons and plaid trim around neckline and sleeve cuffs. Elastic waist and back zipper. Dress also has tulle and lace lining / petticoat. No visible flaws. Was worn a couple of times at Halloween season by my daughter and includes original packaging.
