I purchased this doll from an estate sale. It's brand new with tags intact in a partially opened package. The opening is not large enough for the doll to come out of but potential dust.. I didn't notice any, however. Dorothy has a flawed lip, please see photos. I believe this occurred in the manufacturing process. Her price is reduced because of these reasons.
