Doris Beckmann Legorreta, daughter of Juan Beckmann Vidal and owners of the Jose Cuervo Tequila brand, created the Dora B jewelry company designing unique costume and coveted pieces but she was primarily known for her altruistic work. Doris Beckmann passed in 2023. Proceeds from jewelry sales went to the Jose Cuervo Foundation which established facilities in Mexico in support of battered women.
