Poshmark has advised that you can send the item back, get a full refund and repurchase or they can send you a label to forward the item to the correct recipient. The same instructions will apply for the customer that has your item. They said they will contact you with options. I would recommend if you can to return the item to me and get your refund and/or repurchase. That way you will be sure to receive your item or your refund. - Chamain

eclectic_betty @soccer_flood get to your order page by tapping your @soccer_flood on bottom right. From there tap "my purchases", then tap on the purchase you want to refund. there should be a drop down option to contact. It will say something like inquiry or report. Or you can email posh at support@poshmark.com. Put your order number in the subject line.
