I believe that the callouts that are shown are most likely from storage/transport. Both bags have the pink Dooney duck tag, & the tags are in excellent condition with no to minor scratches. They feature the rainbow hearts buckle, there is no major scratches on the buckles, in fact I couldn’t find minor ones either. The larger bag still has her registration card. Both bags also still have the factory serial number stickers on the inside slip pockets & feature the standard Dooney cloth interior. The larger bag is a shoulder bag the strap is not adjustable. The small bag the strap is adjustable by approximately 2 inches & can be carried as a crossbody or a shoulder bag. This set is Y2K & highly sought after by Dooney collectors & is extremely difficult to find not only in this color, but especially new with the tags.
