Gorgeous Dooney and Bourke R144 Medium Domed Satchel in Mediterranean Blue. This is a rare style in an even rarer and sought after color 🩵🩵🩵🩵. The bag features double handles and double zipper closure. Inside the bag has a slip and zippered pocket. Bag is in good vintage condition. It does have a few flaws. The back and bottom of the bag has some small pink smudges, shown in photos. One of the handles has a white smudge, also shown in photo. The interior suede lining has some discolorations, shown in photos. When I purchased this bag preowned, it did not have a shoulder strap. I added an authentic non-adjustable Dooney and Bourke strap that is 47” long from end to end.
