This is the North/South Cindy Tote (style code: PA490), a Limited Edition handbag designed by Dooney & Bourke to commemorate Macy's 150th anniversary, with a fun, colorful, whimsical design that so many of us grew up with. This Cindy Tote's illustrations depict parade-style fun and frolicking, from dancing ballerinas and drummers drumming - to rascally rabbits and ubiquitous clowns. Handcrafted/assembled in Mexico, (the one from Mexico is in red leather – nice touch). It also features a super handy, nicely crafted reddish-lined interior and coated brass key strap. It appears to be constructed of creamy white (off-white) durable coated cotton or coated linen canvas with thick red leather trim. This bold, rich, vibrant red leather trim could be exquisite saffiano leather – it has the very same cross-hatch pattern on it that is the hallmark of saffiano leather.
