Dooney & Bourke Blue Pebbled Leather Hobo Shoulder Tote Bag

NWOT Dooney & Bourke Blue Pebbled Leather handbag. The style could be a hobo but it has more structure, so I think it’s more of a shoulder or tote bag. The tags were removed but it was never used and has been kept in the dust bag. The leather handle has two buckles, one on each side. Please see the pictures for measurements.
