Hello, I am curious to know if the tote bag comes with the little bag. Also is there any stains to the interior of the purse or any damage to the exterior?

Hi! Yes, the bag does come with the matching pouch.
The interior has a few small pen marks, but everything is still clean and well-kept.
The exterior is in very good condition, with no major flaws.
