it isn't pre-owned condition it does have some signs of wear it has some scuffs on the brown on the bottom and it does have some marks in the red interior they're not really bright so they were kind of hard to capture on camera but there is some staining on the inside of the bag it's very light it does not have a cross strap with it so it's just the handle to hold when carrying it bottom of the bag does have some wearing from being used some white stuffing on the brown I tried to show that in pictures and there's one mark on the black of the bag has always I love offers and have a wonderful day. g10
