Not liking the newly raised shipping fee? If you are buying more than one item, or if I accept your offered price, I can either: 1. Lower the price of the item instead of simply accepting the offer so that the shipping would be almost half for you within an hour of purchase; 2. Create a special bundle for you and lower the price to allow cheaper shipping. Coordination is everything since it only works for one hour.
