Beautiful Donna Ricco black surplice neck, Empire waist dress. Velvet top with long sleeves, crepe skirt, with piping in between. Long hidden zipper in back. Small shoulder pads that can be easily cut out if desired. The fiber tag is missing but I believe it is polyester. Worn and dry cleaned once; in excellent condition with no flaws noted.
